“Health Check” is where we do a critical study of you, your business and the target marketplace. This is a paid consulting assignment, varying in length from a few days to several weeks. We use the consulting assignment to become familiar with the issues that you are looking to address and it can be used as the basis of SSAAS writing a formal “Acceleration” proposal. You may not want a formal proposal and that is also not a problem, you may just want some in-depth advice about “the next step”.
“Acceleration” is where SSAAS becomes intimately involved with your business. Maybe it is to handle all the overseas distribution of your product and services. It could be to turn your product idea into a software product and put the development team in place to build it.
